The Minnesota Office of Higher Education developed the web site in collaboration with Minnesota's higher education sector to increase college participation and success rates of students from groups traditionally underrepresented in college. The Flash site features fun animation, music, and a store where students exchange "tickets" earned by exploring the site for free items.

The Minnesota Office of Higher Education administrative web site keeps the Minnesota higher education and financial aid communities informed about state financial aid policies and ongoing post-secondary research.
